Job Overview

• Employment type: Full time
• Shift: Night Shift, Weekends Off
• Salary: PHP 70,000 to PHP 110,000
• Work setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite), Ortigas

The Qualifications We Seek

• Philippine Bar passer with 2-5 years of post-bar legal experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B. or Juris Doctor)
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Hands-on experience negotiating SaaS/software licensing, software procurement, and IT service agreements
• Ability to discuss specific contract negotiations involving provisions such as limitation of liability, indemnity, intellectual property, data privacy, and licensing terms
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracting, software licensing, and data protection laws
• Experience in an in-house legal role within a technology, SaaS, software, or large corporate environment is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Collaborative, relationship-oriented, and committed to delivering practical legal solutions

Your Daily Tasks

• Draft, review, and negotiate software licensing, procurement, IT services, sales, and other commercial contracts
• Act as the initial legal reviewer for sales agreements and related contract documentation
• Manage commercial agreements involving clients, suppliers, business partners, and internal stakeholders
• Provide practical legal guidance on organizational risks, contract issues, and business decisions
• Support data privacy requests, including coordination with the Data Privacy team on subject access matters
• Support data privacy, information security, and compliance-related legal initiatives
• Assist with corporate disputes, legal risk management, and resolution strategies
• Maintain corporate governance, organizational records, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, draft correspondence, and manage confidential documentation
• Coordinate legal department projects while handling sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment
• Perform other legal and compliance duties as needed
